Vice President, Associate General Counsel (On-site Rancho Cucamonga, CA)

The Vice President, Associate General Counsel role, working closely with and under the direction of the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel, is responsible for providing timely and accurate legal guidance and expertise to the organization and its affiliated entities, including charitable foundation(s). This role is expected to provide a broad range of general and credit union-specific legal services in support of the overall business plan and the strategic direction of the organization. This role involves exposure to sensitive and confidential information with high-level contacts, necessitating considerable use of professionalism, tact, diplomacy, discretion, judgment, and confidentiality of information. This position is based at our headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
