The Vice President, Investment Banking (IB) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to  play a key role in execution of complex middle-market transactions while leveraging integrated capabilities across practice lines – a differentiated model aimed to delivery comprehensive solutions to clients. As a key member of the Investment Banking team, this Vice President will manage critical transaction workstreams across mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory, restructurings, special situations and other strategic advisory engagements. This Vice President will report to local Investment Banking leadership while partnering closely with U.S.-based bankers and clients.
