  • Own the strategy, design, and lifecycle management of APIs and digital platforms that enable payment processing, reporting integrations with internal/external systems, and seamless customer experiences.
  • Lead regional APAC initiatives by collaborating with key stakeholders to align product management strategies with global objectives.
  • Work closely with business units, technology teams (including backend), compliance, risk, and operations to navigate internal priorities in a matrix environment without direct authority.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members as well as cross-functional partners by advocating for resources and new initiatives while managing capacity constraints.
  • Monitor industry developments in digital trade, fintech innovations, AI applications in banking, and regulatory changes such as ICC rules or AML/sanctions requirements.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for stakeholders; proven track record influencing outcomes in resource-constrained environments through effective prioritisation/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building databases for financial/non-financial information across products or regions using modern data architectures like data lakes or warehouses (Microsoft Fabric/Azure Data Platform/ETL pipelines).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint & Excel) combined with keen attention to detail when preparing reports or presentations.
  • Strong written/spoken English communication skills enabling efficient collaboration within diverse teams.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively under tight timelines in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent initiative-taking abilities coupled with interpersonal skills that foster co-operation both independently or within a team setting.
