  • Respond to challenges with speed, agility and solutions
  • Effectively lead, manage and develop a team of Sales Directors and National Account Managers with a focus on building departmental bench strength and attracting top sales talent.

The Job: 

As the Vice President, Sales - Farm you will be part of the Farm & Hardware team working as a field employee. Reporting directly to the President of Farm & Hardware, The VP or Farm will lead a team of sales professionals to execute strategic sales initiatives for assigned categories, achieving or overdriving OP plan commitments within the business. You will also get to:

The Salary range for this position is $145,600.00 - $259,600.00

  • This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker. ​
