Your Day-to-Day

• Produce end-to-end video content for paid advertising, organic social media, websites, and campaign initiatives, from creative development and shooting to editing and final delivery.
• Capture high-quality footage using mirrorless/DSLR cameras, smartphones, gimbals, and various lenses for classes, events, campaigns, products, talents, and promotional content.
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos optimized for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color grading.
• Develop compelling hooks, storytelling, and visual pacing designed to improve engagement, watch time, CTR, and conversion across different content formats.
• Collaborate with Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and Marketing teams to translate creative briefs and brand direction into impactful, trend-driven video content.
• Analyze campaign performance and A/B testing results to iterate and optimize winning creatives, while organizing video assets, project files, and editing workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or in-house marketing teams.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and CapCut, with solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong technical skills in camera operation, gimbal stabilization, lighting, framing, composition, storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, typography, sound design, and color grading.
• Experienced in creating performance-driven video creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram, and YouTube, with an understanding of metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Watch Time, Retention, and Conversion Rate.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance brand storytelling with performance objectives, while working effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
