The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Bietigheim based in Germany belongs to BRAIN Division. We are looking for a VIE Customs Analyst for 12 months (renewable for 12 months) within the team.

Your challenges?

  • You will verify customs and accounting traceability in the ERP (SAP),

  • You will verify the accuracy of import declarations,

  • You will submit supplementary declarations to the authorities,

  • You will update the customs instructions database in the ERP system,

  • You will comply with regulatory requirements related to regulations such as CBAM and EUDR,

  • You will respond to customer inquiries,

  • You will participate in projects aimed at improving process efficiency,

  • You will serve as the interim manager in the manager’s absence

 Let’s talk about you…

  • You are graduated from a Master degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or Finance / Accounting / Business / International Trade

  • You already have experience in customs compliance, import declarations, SAP/ERP systems, regulatory requirements, customer relations, or process improvement (ideally in the automotive field)

  • You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of German

  • You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

  • You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
