Avani+ is an uplifted extension of the Avani brand with Avani+ Fares being one of few within the brand and is the first such branded resort in the Maldives The resort will have 200 keys and multiple F&B outlets as well as Spa, Recreation Diving and Water Sports Facilities Avani teams pride themselves as Open-minded, Upbeat and Genuine.

• Deliver exceptional guest service and anticipate guest needs throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, telephone calls, and in-room dining orders professionally.
• Review daily arrivals and departures, prepare guest letters, and ensure all arrangements are in place.
• Conduct daily bucket checks and follow up on billing discrepancies.
• Update guest preferences and ensure all relevant information is communicated to concerned departments.
• Coordinate with sister properties and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Assist with guest check-in, check-out, arrivals, and departures.
• Inspect and prepare villas according to guest preferences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and professional appearance.
• Support and guide new team members when assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

• 1–2 years of experience in Villa Host, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service skills with a warm and professional personality.
• Good knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Good computer and PMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort or five-star hotel is an advantage.
