Job Summary:

Lead the Practice. Drive Growth. Transform Workforce Decisions.

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path Company, is seeking an accomplished Practice Director to lead and scale our Visier consulting practice. This senior leadership role combines practice strategy, commercial growth, executive client leadership, delivery excellence, and talent development.

You will help define the practice strategy, grow strategic accounts, build differentiated Visier-based offerings, and develop a high-performing team. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and executive leadership, you will help clients turn workforce data into insights that drive better business decisions.


What You’ll Own

Practice Strategy & Growth

· Define and execute the practice strategy, including revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market expansion.

· Identify new opportunities and develop differentiated consulting offerings around Visier and workforce intelligence.
