Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer Manager to lead the curriculum design operations for our graphic design segment. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive curriculum strategies that align with educational goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of curriculum materials for graphic design courses, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and industry trends.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective instructional materials.
• Manage a team of designers to produce high-quality visual content, including digital and print media.
• Evaluate and update curriculum content to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Integrate digital tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications:
• Must be a graphic designers
• Proven experience in design and visual communication.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
• Proficiency in design software and digital media tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Must be willing to design and go above and beyond to achieve tight timelines.
