Voice and Speech Coach| £95-110 per Day PAYE| London Borough of Redbridge| September 2026

An inclusive mainstream secondary school with an excellent SEND provision are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Voice and Speech Coach to support children and young people with their communication and language development. This school follows three values; learning, kindness and supporting the community. You will become a part of their ethos that strives to create lived learning experiences that prepares young learners for life beyond school.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others develop their communication skills and is considering a future career as a Speech and Language Therapist. The role offers valuable hands-on experience working alongside professionals and supporting the delivery of communication-focused programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language and communication activities under guidance.

• Support individuals to achieve their communication goals.

• Monitor progress and provide feedback to relevant staff.

• Build positive relationships with children, young people, families and professionals.

• Assist in preparing resources and maintaining accurate records.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine interest in speech, language and communication development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable but Not Essential:

• Knowledge or experience of speech and language interventions.

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
