About this Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic senior-year undergraduate students for a 6-month Work Experience internship within our Human Resources in HR Operations to support system-related activities and assist in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, system updates, and offboarding. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR reporting, data integrity, and process improvement within a global organisation.
What you will do
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
- Prepare and update employment records for hiring, transfers, and terminations.
- Support the generation of weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and maintain data accuracy.
- Participate in system updates and user acceptance testing for new releases.
- Collaborate with payroll by providing relevant employee information.
- Engage in HR projects and initiatives related to systems and process enhancements.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Languages or Business Administration.
- Profeciency level of Spanish language skills of B2, C1 or C2 is a must.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills is preferrable.
- Interest in HR analytics and process optimisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
