What you'll do
- Develop and manage end-to-end card product to ensure the alignment of business strategies and market needs.
- Oversee the relationship and work with Card Association (Visa/MasterCard), regional/group product team, and external partners.
- Manage product team to ensure delivery of business objectives.
- Manage and implement customer life-cycle of card strategies with focus on meeting business targets including balance, spend, revenue and cost.
- Facilitate marketing and business decisions by providing actionable decision support and value added market analysis.
- Develop structured portfolio performance by monitoring MI/Analysis to aid senior manager on making business driven decision.
- Propose, plan and implement comprehensive product and portfolio strategy based on business proposition
- Formulate and drive marketing/sales programmes to grow the business profile thus maximizing profitability
- Deliver product P&L and major KPI
- Manage budget and communication along with new programs to enhance product performance
- Comply government and company regulation
- Implement Group's key strategic initiatives in Taiwan on credit card business throughout launching new products, identifying effective acquisition channels/ enhancing the onboarding process, building strong collaborative partnership with vendors and merchants and managing card CLCM

• Product Development

- Oversee and monitor product P&L, optimize profitability and manage overall business and marketing budget.
- Design and implement product related initiatives and programs to enhance product competitiveness and profitability
- Maintain and expand partnership with vendors/merchants to drive card usage across a wide range of spending scenarios.
- Collaborate with sales channels to ensure that business targets are delivered.
- Drive portfolio activation rate, and CLCM through launching various credit card usage programs.
- Promote installments program to increase interest income.
- Ensure compliance and consistency with our compliance and control policy and local regulatory guidelines.
Qualification/License Requirement
- Has card management related experiences with proven track record; managerial experience preferred
- University graduated or above, commercial related preferred
