Bosa Properties Inc. (“BPI”) is an end-to-end real estate company offering human-centered solutions for property development and management. Based out of Vancouver, Canada, our team of in-house experts work across residential, commercial and master-planned projects, with a growing residential portfolio that includes more than 22,000 homes that are built or under development, and an income portfolio that includes 5.5 million square feet of retail, industrial, office and rental properties under management.

About The Role
Reporting to the EVP, Revenue & Growth, you will own the intelligence and technology agenda across the business - the data and AI capability, the technology team, and the transformation work that connects both to how the business actually operates. You will be a genuine peer at the senior leadership table, not a supporting function.
The strongest candidates will be fluent in technology without having spent their entire careers inside it - systems thinkers who recognise patterns across cycles and contexts, and who have the operational discipline to turn that recognition into delivery.
What You'll Do
- Own the data and intelligence capability that moves decision-making from instinct to insight, and govern the enterprise AI strategy as a deliberate capability - not a feature.
- Lead a capable technology team and create the conditions for it to operate as a genuine business partner - with a commercial lens on what to build, buy, or retire.
- Drive transformation across the business’s value chain - shaping the agenda, translating strategy into financially viable plans, and holding delivery across functions as a peer to the senior team.
What You Bring
- Deep fluency in data, data architecture, and analytics - the Intelligence Layer is the heart of this mandate.
- A history at the intersection of technology and business performance in an asset-intensive or operationally complex environment - shaping decisions, not managing a backlog.
- The pattern recognition, stakeholder fluency, and comfort with ambiguity to earn trust across organisational boundaries and shape a mandate that will keep evolving.
Total compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
