- Assist Process Technician with Setups, Changeovers, defined Autonomous Maintenance and tuning of the machines.
- When required operate machines to ensure our KPI’s are met.
- Diagnose and repair of Hard metal handling issues, basic welding issues
- Assist Technician with Set Ups and Changeovers
- Train new operators, assist operators as needed
- Change Electrodes
- Change Grinding wheels

activities, abrasives are now a big part of our power tool accessory business.
