Job Summary: Our client, who is in the information technology and network solutions industry, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves close coordination with the head office, transporters, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse supervision. Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily warehouse operations and regularly communicate with the head office. • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. • Maintain proper documentation and accurate records of stock movements and warehouse activities. • Liaise with transporters to ensure timely deliveries and proper shipment handling. • Administer stock control processes, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to management. • Ensure that quality objectives, delivery timelines, and operational deadlines are consistently met. • Manage warehouse-related budgets, including casual labor and delivery expenses. • Enforce compliance with company policies, government regulations, and health and safety standards. • Monitor and follow up on Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) to ensure defective items are returned to vendors. • Track incoming shipments and coordinate clearing processes. • Perform any other duties related to warehouse management as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in warehouse coordination or inventory management, preferably in the IT or distribution industry. Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and government compliance standards. Ability to manage logistics, transport coordination, and vendor communication effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
