Reporting to the Product Manager, this role offers the opportunity to become a key member of our Product Management team, managing warranty claims, building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Job Description

Reporting to the Product Manager - JAS, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims from submission through to resolution. You'll work closely with suppliers, branch teams and internal stakeholders to ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with company and supplier requirements.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and assess warranty claims in accordance with company and supplier guidelines
  • Collect and validate supporting documentation including invoices and product information
  • Track claims and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely resolution
  • Act as the key point of contact for branch teams and customers regarding warranty enquiries
  • Maintain accurate claim records and supporting documentation
  • Prepare warranty activity reports for management
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve warranty-related issues
  • Identify trends and recurring product issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining warranty procedures and documentation

Qualifications

You are an organised administrator who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and working through complex processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration, claims administration, customer service or a similar role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working with ERP or business management systems
  • Automotive, auto electrical, spare parts or technical product knowledge will be highly regarded but is not essential
