About the Role

As our Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and processing warranty claims accurately, ensuring they reflect the work completed and maximise claim entitlements in line with manufacturer policies and procedures.

You will work closely with our service, workshop and manufacturer teams to maintain accurate warranty records, support audit requirements, and help deliver an efficient, customer-focused aftersales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit and follow up warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
  • Ensure warranty claims accurately reflect work completed and required supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with manufacturer warranty departments regarding claims, approvals and enquiries.
  • Maintain warranty records, documentation and audit trails to manufacturer standards.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians and management teams.
  • Support efficient workshop and aftersales operations through accurate administration.

About You

  • Previous experience in automotive warranty administration, service administration or a dealership workshop environment.
  • Strong understanding of automotive aftersales, workshop processes and manufacturer requirements.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence using dealership systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
  • A current and valid driver’s licence.
