Job Description:

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW 

 
Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive world class training, and be part of a community of students across TD, where you will have an impact, grow as an individual and experience our culture of care. 

 

Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features: 

  • Leadership talks with key Leaders from across the organization 

  • Connect and Learns on topics such as Innovation 

  • Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding and so much more 

 

The Wealth Colleague Experience team is the engine behind colleague connection, engagement, and transformation. We bring together expertise in change management, communications, events and colleague experience to support business priorities and shape a culture where colleagues feel they can make an impact, grow and develop in a culture of care and recognition. From launching enterprise initiatives to designing memorable moments, we create experiences that drive impact and enable strong business outcomes.  

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 
 

As an intern/co-op on our team, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our colleague experience to life. You'll contribute to high-impact projects across change management, communications, events, and colleague engagement programs, helping us support leaders, connect colleagues to our TD Way and foster a strong and inclusive culture. This is a unique opportunity to explore multiple disciplines, gain exposure to strategic work, and build your professional network.  

What You'll Do  

  • Change Management: Support the development of tools, templates and resources to enable consistent and effective change practices across the organization.  

  • Communications: Help draft internal messaging, develop content for newsletters and support communications campaigns.  

  • Events: Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and engagement activities.  

  • Colleague Experience: Support programs that enhance recognition, development, and inclusion across Wealth.

  • This position is a 4-month work term and will commence Jan 2027
