Job Description

Purpose of the role

To identify and capitalise on business opportunities, expansion of the customer base, relationship management, and driving of revenue growth.  

Accountabilities

Join us as a Commercial Optimisation Manager to help improve commercial performance, operational effectiveness, and client outcomes across the business. Working closely with colleagues across front office, product, operations, technology, finance, and risk, you will use data and insight to identify opportunities, support business priorities, and help shape how performance is measured and improved.

You will bring together information from across the business to create a clear picture of performance, helping stakeholders understand trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention. By turning complex data into practical insights, you will support informed decision-making, encourage continuous improvement, and contribute to better experiences for both clients and colleagues.

The position offers broad exposure across the organisation, with the opportunity to support business-wide improvements, strengthen ways of working, and coordinate activity across a range of teams. You will also help ensure that progress, outcomes, risks, and dependencies are clearly understood and appropriately monitored, contributing to the successful delivery of business priorities and long-term growth.
