The role of Wealth Ops Specialist- Wealth Contact Center provides candidates with an introduction into the world of Investments Products via the delivery of world class customer service experience in our Contact Center.   Candidates will be part of an integrated Investment Operations workforce and collaborate with departments responsible for opening/maintaining brokerage accounts, performing trades for equity/fixed income/mutual fund clients and assisting clients with money movements. Candidates will also participate in actions to efficiently carry out day-to-day Operations by assisting internal clients including, but not limited to, Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Risk-Management and Compliance.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year or more of bank/financial services customer service-related experience.  
  • Demonstrated work history of strong attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.  
  • Proven ability for positive and customer-focused mindset. 
  • Proven ability to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment using strong time management skills.

 Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule:  
    •  M-F: 8:30 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET; Occasional OT Optional
    • 100% in office. Once fully trained and performing at high level potential for 1 day WFH every week.
