Job Description:

As a Web & Digital Team Lead, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on a Web & Digital Team Lead joining our team to oversee website operations, multilingual content management, and associated social media channels. This role blends team leadership, digital content operations, website management, paid and organic distribution, compliance oversight, and cross‑functional project coordination supporting mission‑aligned digital communication objectives.

  • Supports creation of social graphics, images, memes, and short‑form videos using conventional and AI‑assisted creative tools.
  • Continuously identifies opportunities to enhance team workflows, improve content quality, strengthen operational efficiency, and advance digital capabilities.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in website operations, digital content creation, website management, or a related field. Previous experience managing employees or leading cross‑functional digital projects strongly preferred.

Security clearance level: Minimum SECRET clearance required; select positions require TS/SCI eligibility.

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress, editorial workflows, QA processes, analytics, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta, X, Instagram, Telegram, and organic and paid social media operations.
  • Experience managing multilingual or international websites strongly preferred.
  • Ability to interpret digital performance data and identify operational issues or optimization opportunities.
  • Strong project‑management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to coordinate effectively with developers, analytics specialists, and social media partners.
  • Experience with AI‑assisted content tools, image creation, and short‑form video editing preferred.

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
