Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

IBM WebSphere Application Administrator, around 5-6 Years of experience
Administration of IBM WebSphere Product Line i.e., WebSphere Application Server, IHS
WebSphere Application Server Installation, resource configuration, deployment of applications, patch installation, Integration
Performance tuning and log analysis, Heap dump analysis
Handled WAS Upgrade
Knowledge of Shell scripting as required for operation support
Managing Maximo Admin role will be an added advantage
