  • Set up, calibrate, and execute multi-position welds utilizing TIG, MIG, MAG, and Stick/electrode welding methods according to precise operational instructions.
  • Plan, lay out, and configure workflows directly from engineering schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturers' specification sheets using shop math and precision measuring instruments.
  • Properly identify raw industrial materials, execute required component preparation, and utilize conventional shop lathes to prep parts safely before assembly and production welding.

We are seeking a highly skilled and precision-driven Welder to join our customer-focused manufacturing and repair operations. In this role, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, working side-by-side with machinists and assemblers to solve challenging mechanical problems and maintain rigorous production schedules.

This is a fast-paced environment that demands excellent technical understanding, deep attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Core Responsibilities
