What you'll do
- Lead and supervise welding operations for pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and related equipment
- Manage SMAW, FCAW, GTAW (TIG), and Orbital welding for CS, SS, and Alloy Steel
- Allocate welders and resources per WPS, PQRs, and material requirements
- Monitor fit-up, preheat, interpass temperature, PWHT, and consumables
- Maintain weld traceability, logbooks, and repair records
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and NDT
- Ensure all welding activities comply with ASME, API, AWS standards, and HSE safety protocols
