What you'll do
- Konzeption und Schnitt von Video-Content für Instagram, TikTok & Co. (Reels, Stories, kurze Ad-Formate)
- Erstellung von Animationen, Motion Graphics und animierten Grafik-Elementen für Video-Content
- Schnitt, Farbkorrektur, Sounddesign und Untertitelung von Rohmaterial zu fertigen Social-Media-Videos
- Erstellung einfacher Grafik-Elemente, Thumbnails oder statischer Posts als Ergänzung zu Video-Content
- Aktive Teilnahme an Brainstormings, Entwicklung von Video-Konzepten und Trend-Formaten
- Abstimmung mit Content- und Account-Manager:innen bei Redaktions- und Kampagnenplanung
- Unterstützung beim internen Qualitätsmanagement für Video- und Bewegtbild-Inhalte
What they're looking for
- Du studierst Mediendesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Film/Video oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang – oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. relevante, berufliche Erfahrung
- Du kennst dich mit gängiger Videoschnitt-Software aus – z. B. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut oder DaVinci Resolve
- Erste Skills in Motion Design, Videografie und idealerweise auch Fotografie/Bildbearbeitung
- Interesse an Bewegtbild, Ästhetik, Design & Social Media (Reels, TikTok-Trends, Storytelling-Formats)
- Du hast ein gutes Auge für Looks, Schnitt-Timing & visuelles Storytelling
