Position Specific Description
Leaders in this role will oversee the Salem plant located in Winston-Salem, NC. Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facilities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in all aspects of operation and maintenance
- Assisting in planning and managing of O&M budgets.
- Manages the technical performance of the plant
- Leads the safety of the facility and personnel

- Employees in this role may be asked to travel to other sites in their region as needed
Job Overview
Employees in this job lead a team of Technicians. Their team is responsible for the assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant or pipeline equipment is operational and available to support production requirements. Team responsibilities include technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions.
