About the Role

You will report to the Manager, Continuous Improvement within the Global Operational Risk and Resilience Oversight (ORRO) team within Manulife's Risk Function. As part of the Governance and Strategy team, you will help deliver innovative reporting, analytics, and process improvement solutions that support Operational Risk excellence across Manulife.

This role is ideal for students interested in data analytics, AI solutioning, business intelligence, reporting, process automation, and emerging workplace technologies. You will contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards, Power Apps solutions, CoPilot Studio Agents, reporting processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to enterprise governance and operational risk management practices.

Position Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Economics, Business, Finance, or related fields

Salary range is expected to be between

$46,800.00 CAD - $62,400.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
