- Identify data and automation opportunities through process improvement activity by working closely with stakeholders and understanding their pain points
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, and translate them into automation solutions that meet the needs of the business stakeholders
- Design, develop, and deploy automation and data solutions using Power Platform Tools and other emerging technologies
- Create automated workflows between applications using Power Automate
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, focusing on user experience and performance
- Adhere to and promote TJX internal documentation, standards, and best practices for automation deployments
- Ensure a knowledge transfer plan is in place to support end-users and validate the solution is sustainable
- Monitor and measure the results of implemented improvements, ensuring they deliver the desired impact
- Stays up to date with the latest trends and developments in the fields of automation, recommending and implementing improvements when necessary

- Enrolled in post-secondary education program in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field or minimum two years related experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (specifically Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps, Power Query), Alteryx, or python

What You'll Do:

About You:

- Excellent problem-solving skills; identifies problems and risks systematically and/or methodically while recommending potential solutions
