WMS Application Specialist

We are now looking for a WMS Application Specialist who wants to play a key role in developing, supporting, and improving our Warehouse Management System landscape across the Group. About the role

As a WMS Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the support, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our warehouse management solutions. You will work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, IT colleagues, and external partners to ensure our WMS platform delivers maximum business value. You will be involved in both day-to-day operational support and strategic development initiatives, helping drive improvements across processes, integrations, and system capabilities.

What you will do

You will:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize WMS solutions and related logistics applications.

• Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex incidents and operational issues.

• Support integrations between WMS, ERP, carriers, and surrounding business systems.

• Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.

• Participate in projects, upgrades, testing activities, and new warehouse implementations.

• Support business process improvements within warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

• Create and maintain application documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

• Work closely with vendors and implementation partners.

• Drive continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency, stability, and user experience.

Who you are

We believe you combine strong business understanding with a genuine interest in technology and logistics operations. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and countries. You likely have:

• A degree within IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Systems, or equivalent experience.

• Experience working with WMS solutions in a support, specialist, consulting, or application management role.

• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics processes.

• Experience with application configuration, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in English.

Meritorious qualifications

Experience within one or more of the following areas is considered an advantage:

• Bitlog WMS

• nShift • WMS implementation or rollout projects

• Integration platforms, APIs, and EDI

• ERP systems, particularly within manufacturing or distribution environments

• Automation and warehouse technology

• ITIL-based service management

Location

The position is preferably based in Gothenburg, Sweden, or in Stockholm.
