Wordpress Developer

Position Overview:As a WordPress Experienced Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and web applications. You will collaborate closely with project managers and designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end design, back-end functionality, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch or customize existing ones based on project requirements.
• Integrate and extend WordPress REST API for fetching and posting data.
• Design and create layouts using Divi Builder to implement pixel-perfect, responsive designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct website testing and debugging across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard websites against vulnerabilities.
• Keep abreast of the latest WordPress updates, security patches, and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot website issues as needed.
• Write custom templates in PHP, HTML, and CSS, utilizing tools like Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Familiarity with Gravity Forms for creating and managing forms on WordPress sites.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress websites and web applications.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with popular WordPress plugins and themes, including expertise with Divi Builder.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration into WordPress.
• Strong understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
