Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Recruiting Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday Recruiting Certification (Required)

  • 1+ years experience implementing Workday Recruiting configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Required)

  • 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Recruiting solutions according to customer requirements (Required)

  • Knowledge in offer letter configuration, job requisitions and job application dynamic process configuration (Required)

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration ​

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

  • Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations ​

  • Ability to travel 25%

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

In accordance with Ontario’s Employment Standards Act, the expected base salary range for this existing vacancy is $95,000 – $145,000 CAD annually.
