The Compliance, Standards, and Integrity (CSI) team is dedicated to formulating risk-based strategies and comprehensive solutions for the effective management of employment-related risks. Our mandate goes beyond basic compliance. We proactively establish industry benchmarks for mitigating HR and workforce data risks. We apply a distinctive "Google lens" to all our undertakings, ensuring that our methodologies, processes, and policies are not only fully compliant but also optimally aligned with our unique operational requirements and organizational culture. Within CSI, we propel global initiatives encompassing workforce data security and privacy, labor and employment compliance, and the development of regulatory-driven workplace policies and training programs.

As a Workforce Data Privacy Manager, you will advocate the evolution of Google’s workforce data compliance and privacy programs. You will be at the forefront of "Privacy by Design," ensuring that People Operations’ digital transformation—specifically the integration of AI solutions—remains responsible, ethical, and globally compliant. You will serve as a critical bridge between People Operations, HR Engineering, and Google’s broader privacy/compliance ecosystem, including Legal, Privacy and Compliance teams. Your mission is to translate a complex, shifting regulatory landscape into scalable, risk-based strategies that protect our applicants, candidates, and employees worldwide. By identifying vulnerabilities and providing expert governance, you will directly enable the launch of next-generation, AI-driven user journeys.
