Accountabilities
- The Management of the Working Party Warehouse in accordance with Airbus Maintenance Organization procedures and EASA Part /FAR 145 regulations.
- The Coordination of all Logistic aspects to ensure a smooth transportation of our Working Party tooling worldwide in the respect of customs rules and IATA regulations.
- The right application of our Metrology process and follow-up of all quality discrepancy identified during calibration check.
- The management of the tooling procurement process and deployment for our Working Party Team in coordination with the Working party warehouse network.
Main Activities
- The support and coordination of our part 145 tooling warehouses all around the world optimizing and harmonizing the needs and common rules in link with global Airbus strategy.
- The lead of the warehouse activities in our Tianjin Tooling Warehouse and setting-up and validating operating mode with the Quality department.
- A strong involvement in the definition and integration of new Tooling solutions developed with our WP Tooling Manager.
- High interaction with our tooling suppliers by ensuring the orders, the goods reception and litigation in the respect of the procurement process and budget (Opex/Capex) allocated and in coordination with the Working Party warehouse network.
- Support and control the metrology process application and interface between the warehouse staff and Metrology laboratory in case of quality issues.
- Participate and support regular Internal and External Audit in the frame of the EASA Part 145 / FAR 145 regulations.
- Perform regular check of shipment preparation (package, packing list, pro forma) and coordinate transportation of required tooling to Working Party sites worldwide by being the focal point for the Customs (Export monitoring) and our Forwarder (DHL...) to ensure on time delivery.
- Interface with the all Airbus production sites warehouses .
- Health and Safety responsible for Working party Warehouse activities.
- Contribute to digitalisation/innovation projects.
Qualification and Required Skills:
- Aviation related Degree
- Health and safety mindset as the number one priority (both people and product safety).
- Good knowledge of EASA Part-145/FAA 145 regulations to understand working party applicable procedures.
- Strong Knowledge of International Logistics activities .
- Strong knowledge of the Procurement process.
- Good Experienced dealing with multiple suppliers.
- Good knowledge of Metrology principles.
- Good technical knowledge of Aircraft manufacturing and Maintenance.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good level of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with a High level of Autonomy.
- Ability to work as part of an integrated, multidiscipline, multicultural team.
- Demonstrate a strong team spirit especially while working with a multi-functional team.
- Ability to take ownership and make well-considered decisions for swift implementation.
- Demonstrate a high level of computer literacy.

Organization Structure
- The jobholder has a double reporting, operationally to the Head of Engineering Customer Services in ABEC (ACO1S), and functionally to the Head of Major Repairs & Working Party China (ACSBC)
