Working Student: Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

As Working Student in our Digital Platform Enablement Team, you will support our vision of becoming a truly data-driven organization. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will help drive the adoption and effective use of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and contribute to data and analytics initiatives across the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Data Champion: Assist in promoting a data-driven culture across the organization by supporting business users in understanding and utilizing the CDP effectively
• User Empowerment: Help business users navigate the CDP, create reports, and extract valuable insights to inform their decisions
• Project Support: Provide support in various IT enablement projects related to data and the CDP, potentially assisting with coordination and communication
• Bridging the Gap: Translate business requirements into technical understanding and vice versa, facilitating clear communication between IT and business stakeholders
• Data Exploration: Assist in exploring and analyzing data within the CDP to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Documentation & Maintenance: Create and maintain technical documentation related to the CDP, data processes, and platform functionalities
• Training Support: Help create user-friendly training materials for the CDP. 

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an actively enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with a strong affinity for IT, or a related field
• You possess a genuine enthusiasm for data and its potential to drive business decisions
• You have a strong interest in IT project management principles and methodologies
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa. You are comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and possess a strong problem-solving attitude
• Valuable Plus: Familiarity with SQL, database querying, data visualization tools such as Power BI, and basic machine learning methodologies and their applications.
• You are available to work ideally 20 hours per week for at least 12 months.
