Working Student – European Security Programme (m/f/d)

What you'll do
- Assist in the organisation of events, including preparing lists of participants, sending invitations, tracking registrations, and liaising with attendees
- Support with research and follow relevant debates and monitor political developments related to the programme’s work
- Assist in handling logistical tasks such as coordinating with venues, hotels and catering companies
- Monitor and respond to the general programme inbox, ensuring timely and accurate communication with partners and participants
- Update and maintain the programmes contact database
What they're looking for
- Currently enrolled in Political Science, International Relations, Event Management or a related field in a German university or higher education institution. Please note that graduates are not eligible.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong critical thinking, research, and analytical skills
- Proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities, including administrative and logistical tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Must be eligible to work in Germany.
- Candidates must be fluent in English
