Working Student – IT Asset & Stock Management (x/f/m) – Berlin

Doctolib is looking for you as a Working Student in IT Asset & Stock Management to support our IT team at our office in Berlin.
To give the best experience to Doctolibers and support Doctolib’s growth, you will help manage our IT stock and asset base, including laptops, smartphones and accessories. Reporting to the IT team, you will own the reliability of our hardware inventory and contribute to day-to-day on-site support in an international environment across Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands.
What you’ll do
As a Working Student, you will support us in the following areas:
IT stock and asset management — approximately 70%
- Manage the site’s IT stock, including receiving, checking, labelling and storing laptops, smartphones and accessories
- Keep the inventory up to date in our asset management tool and ensure the accuracy of serial numbers, assignments and statuses
- Follow the full equipment lifecycle, including assignment, return, loan, vendor repair, refurbishment and recycling
- Run periodic physical inventories and consistency checks between physical stock and the asset management tool
- Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment thresholds and contribute to supplier orders
- Prepare devices, including mobile device management enrolment, standard configuration and accessory kits
- Propose improvements to stock processes, documentation, automation and key performance indicators
On-site support — approximately 30%
- Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing, handing over and recovering equipment for joiners and leavers
- Run the Berlin IT Corner as a physical point of contact for Doctolibers
- Manage meeting room hardware by testing, updating and replacing equipment
- Handle level 1 requests and incidents, including basic diagnosis and application access, and escalate to level 2 when needed
- Identify recurring requests and contribute to continuous improvement

Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you:
- You are enrolled full-time at a university, ideally studying IT Systems Management, IT Management, Applied IT or a related field
- You are rigorous, organised and service-oriented, with good interpersonal skills
- You are comfortable working with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and can prioritise tasks while working autonomously and as part of a team
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are able to work on site in Berlin and handle equipment weighing up to 25 kg

- You have had a first exposure to an IT service management or mobile device management tool

Job Details
- Working Student in part-time, up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
- Duration: 6 months, renewable
- Workplace: Berlin, Germany
- Start date: At the earliest opportunity
- Salary: 15 €/h
- On-site role due to the physical handling of equipment
- Flexible working hours adapted to your class schedule
- A valid certificate of enrolment is required
