Einsatzgebiet Stanz- und Umformtechnik
Arbeitest du gerne genau und präzise? Als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) muss man genau das können, während man seine selbst hergestellten Werkzeuge schneidet, umformt und bearbeitet. Mit diesen Werkzeugen stellen wir unsere Produkte (Stanzkontakte und Kunststoffgehäuse für Steckverbinder) her, die später in jedem Automobil eingebaut werden. Daher müssen schon die Werkzeuge präzise hergestellt werden. Mittels CNC – also computergesteuerter Maschinen – wirst du dabei unterstützt, eine hohe Maßgenauigkeit deiner Arbeit zu erreichen.
Für bereits fertige Werkzeuge kannst du als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) auch Ersatz- und Neuteile selbst herstellen und bist in der Lage Wärmebehandlung an deinen Werkstücken und Bauteilen durchzuführen.
Die Inbetriebnahme und das prozessbegleitende Warten solcher Folgeverbund- bzw. Spritzgusswerkzeuge, ist die weitere Aufgabe des Werkzeugmechanikers (m/w/d). Ebenso wirst du die Funktion der Werkzeuge bezüglich der Produktqualität und der Prozessstabilität stetig verbessern.
Job Requirements
Du brauchst:
Qualifizierten Hauptschulabschluss, Mittlere Reife oder Abitur, räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen, technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick, ausdauernde Konzentration, sauberes, selbständiges und genaues Arbeiten, gewissenhaftes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative, kritisches Hinterfragen und Verbessern der Werkzeugfunktion.
