主な役割

プリントプロジェクトマネージャーは、弊社が担当する大手FMCG(日用消費財)クライアントのプロモーション・キャンペーンの企画や制作(主に店頭MD)に関するプロデュースやプロジェクトマネジメントをメイン業務とします。制作にあたっては正確で迅速そして高品質な作業が求められますが、タイトなスケジュールの中で要求される様々なプレッシャーに負けない精神力も同時に求められます。

 

責任範囲

1. クライアントからのブリーフを正確に理解し、社内外のステークホルダーとともに制作物を企画・提案・進行する
2. クライアントとの関係構築や円滑なコミュニケーション、チームでのリーダーシップ 
3. 担当制作チームへのディレクションなど含め全体プロデュース 
4. プロジェクトの予算・スケジュール管理

 

求められる能力と経験

1. 広告代理店、広告制作会社で営業・プロジェクトマネジャーとして制作進行管理の経験5年以上
2. 制作企画、印刷、撮影、カラーレタッチの制作に関する十分な知識
3. 優れたチームプレーヤーであり、プレッシャーのもとで正確に作業でき、トレーニングを通したスキルアップにも積極的であること
4. グラフィック制作とチェックプロセスへの順守と改善提案ができること
5. 創造的で柔軟性があり、業務への情熱と前向きな姿勢を持ち続けられること
6. タイトな納期に対応できる作業スピードを持ち、要求の厳しいクリエイティブおよびプロダクション環境で働く能力があること
7. 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
8. 日本語のネイティブスピーカーであること

歓迎される能力と経験

1. Adobe InDesign、Illustrator、Photoshopなどデザインソフトの実務経験
2. 英語力 (基本的な会話やドキュメンテーションの解読力)
