  • Manual labor is required occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.
  • Vision to accurately read labels, assist customers, and tasks that require attention to detail.
  • Ability to use fine manipulation, and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing, ex. place on hangers, folding, organize in color/size order.

Position Summary:

The Brand Specialist is responsible for creating an engaging, storytelling experience for every customer who walks through the door—helping them find the right fit, style, and product in the moment. This role serves as a product expert, delivering elevated service through deep product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Brand Specialists complete extensive product training and play a key role in driving sales through meaningful customer interactions and brand storytelling. Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge and Expertise

  • Confidently educate customers to help them make informed purchase decisions.

Store Standards and Operations

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and presentation ready.
  • Support daily store operations, including replenishment, recovery, and maintaining product flow.
  • Address customer questions or concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
  • Participates in Loss Prevention Audits, understands and complies with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.
