- Achieving & Sustaining Zero Breakdowns on Electro Pneumatic Fixtures without compromising Safety.
- Ensuring Zero Defects in Down Stream Quality concerns related to Fixtures, Guages
- BIW & Fixtures PIST Measurement & Improvement
- Execution of Maintenance Methodologies ( Breakdown, Preventive, Predictive & Corrective Maintenance) of Fixtures
- Planning & Procurement of Fixture Spares & Maintaining consumable items stock.
- Maintaining Equipment Critical Spares
- Execution & Sustenance of Poka Yoke for Down Stream Quality Concerns
- Fixture Refurbishment Plan as per Schedule and Requirement.
- Implementation of EN Changes by fixture units modification
- Ensuring healthy condition of Line Side Trolleys , BIW handling trolleys & Hoists Lifting Tackles
- Strong understanding on PFMEA,Control Plan , Quality tools , Problem Solving technicques , GD&T,etc
