We are seeking an experienced Zonal Academic Manager to lead academic delivery for the preschool network in the West Zone. The role focuses on curriculum execution, teacher training, and academic excellence while driving parent satisfaction and franchise growth.

Responsibilities

1. Lead curriculum execution and academic strategy across the West zone.
2. Mentor Academic Managers in lesson planning, school observations, and teacher engagement.
3. Ensure quality teacher training, classroom delivery, and ongoing staff development.
4. Monitor academic health of centers and align with brand standards and compliance.
5. Support initiatives for child development, parent satisfaction, and student retention.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for audits, compliance, and academic improvements.

Requirements:

1. Postgraduate degree with ECCEd / B.Ed / Human Development background.
2. 10+ years of experience in leading preschool academic delivery.
3. Strong knowledge of ECCE curriculum and child-centric learning.
4. Proven leadership and team coaching skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
6. Data-driven with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
