Zydeco- Laborer (Non Driver, Electrical)

Job Summary:**

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a motivated and reliable Zydeco-Laborer (Non-Driver, Electrical) to support our electrical construction projects. This role involves performing essential manual labor tasks on job sites, assisting skilled electricians, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment, all without the need for driving.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist electricians with various tasks, including pulling and laying cable, trenching, and digging.
* Load and unload materials and equipment, and transport them around the job site as directed.
* Prepare work areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and safe for operations.
* Perform general clean-up duties on job sites, removing debris and maintaining a tidy environment.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
* Erect and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, or barriers as needed.
* Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures diligently.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in a construction or labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
* Knowledge of basic electrical safety practices is a benefit.
