  • Provide day-to-day support to junior closers and contribute to training and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to special projects and participate in procedure reviews and continuous improvement efforts

Job summary 

As an Associate I Loan Closer in the Documentation and Closing group, you will independently manage and drive the closing process for a portfolio of complex commercial loans. You will coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing deliverables while communicating clearly with deal teams, clients, and legal counsel. You will apply strong judgment to identify and escalate risks, ensure documentation aligns to policy requirements, and support timely execution. You will maintain accurate tracking and records across systems to enable high-quality, consistent outcomes.
