2027 BNY Analyst Program – Delivery
At BNY, the Delivery Practice is where strategy becomes action. Through rotations and high-impact projects, you will help teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work that matters—while gaining hands-on experience in process and value-stream mapping, PI planning, capacity and dependency management, governance, change execution, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to connect priorities to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), spot risks early, and keep delivery moving. You will also explore how AI-enabled tools and trusted data can streamline routine analysis, uncover useful insights, and support faster, smarter decisions. With exposure to the Enterprise Transformation Hub, you will see how enterprise priorities and cross-platform initiatives come together—and help shape the standards, skills, tools, and measures that make delivery work at scale.
