About the DWS P.A.C.E. program 

Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division in Singapore and complete rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS. 

As part of the P.A.C.E. program you will: 

• Analyse market trends, competitors, stocks and much more
• Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community. 
• Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments.  
• Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions. 
• Solve challenges together with your team.  
• Be empowered with accountability for your actions.  

About the Client Coverage Division

The primary aim of the Client Coverage Division is to provide sustainable financial futures for all of our clients and to serve our institutional investors and distributors worldwide. Innovation is crucial, so we combine creativity and intelligence with technology to develop new ways of meeting the financial needs of our clients.

We’re looking for: 

• Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
• Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators 
• Driven and committed graduates 
• A team player with a curious mind 
• Someone with a keen interest in financial services; and  
• Already graduated or on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either 2026 or 2027
• Must be available to start on the 6th September 2027
• Less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships)
• A motivated and dedicated graduate with initial exposure to digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-related projects.
