Transaction Banking supports our clients’ key needs to manage their business and reach their goals. Our key responsibilities are to drive regional business and support global & regional clients with Transaction Banking solutions for Cash and Liquidity Management, Foreign Exchange, Trade and Working Capital through a comprehensive suite of proprietary and 3rd party digital channels.

What To Expect

In Transaction Banking, you'll play a role in helping clients manage the financial activities that keep their businesses running smoothly. From supporting day-to-day operations and payment solutions to managing risk and optimising working capital, you'll gain exposure to the products and services that are essential to our clients' success. You'll also develop an understanding of how effective liquidity management and innovative banking solutions help businesses operate efficiently, seize opportunities, and achieve their growth ambitions.

Our 18-month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy, with a strong focus on our Product teams. Equipped with this foundation, you'll join your desk and gain valuable hands-on experience, applying your knowledge to real business challenges. From day one, you'll be a valued member of the team, taking on meaningful responsibilities that will help you develop your skills, confidence, and expertise.

As part of a select Analyst cohort, you'll learn from some of the industry's leading professionals while building a strong network with your peers. Our collaborative culture encourages teamwork, but you'll also have the opportunity to make your own impact and have your contributions recognised. In our open and inclusive environment, senior colleagues are accessible, invested in your development, and eager to support your growth.

To help you succeed, you'll be paired with a buddy and mentor who will provide guidance throughout your journey. Combined with ongoing training and development opportunities, you'll have the support, exposure, and experience needed to build a rewarding and long-term career at MUFG.
