Great care starts with great people. As the Regional Training Manager of our Redondo Beach center, you’ll help shape those people from day one.
We’re looking for an experienced ABA professional who loves teaching, mentoring, and helping others build confidence in their clinical skills. You’ll lead hands-on training for new Instructors, model ABA skills, provide feedback and encouragement, and be a go-to clinical resource as new team members begin their FirstSteps journey.
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging, hands-on new Instructor training
- Teach, model, practice, and coach essential ABA skills
- Support team members preparing for RBT certification
- Mentor new team members throughout their first 45 days and beyond
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify great FirstSteps team members
- Stay clinically engaged through direct services and coverage support
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have prior hands-on ABA experience (at least 2 years)
- Know your ABA and enjoy sharing what you know
- Love teaching, coaching, and cheering others on
- Bring strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
- Lead with patience, energy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed

Starting Pay: $28/hour
