Acceptance Close-out Supervisors

Responsibilities

· Drives site acceptance and revenue recognition triggers for customer project

· Ensure sites are built as per approve site documentation (site design, as-built, etc) in line with customer contract and are delivered timely with required quality

· Coordinates and / or conducts site visits for the project acceptance with customer

· Manage closure of all open points with subcontractor and relevant stakeholders

· Alignment/agreement of the site closeout check list with the customer

· Closing all defects / open points for the contracted scope identified during acceptance between Nokia and customer

· Leads clearance of site defects with suppliers and approves site readiness prior to the site acceptance by the Nokia customer

· Validates equipment installation results with respect to installation Method of Procedure (MoP) and / or specifications

· Responsible for getting customer acceptance certificate for the site/project

Knowledge & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field with 2–4 years of experience in telecom rollout, implementation, or site acceptance activities.

· Proven experience in managing site acceptance and close-out activities for telecom network deployment projects in line with customer contractual requirements and quality standards.

· Strong ability to ensure sites are delivered according to approved documentation, including site design, as-built documentation, installation standards, and customer specifications.

· Experience coordinating and conducting site acceptance visits with customers, ensuring timely acceptance and revenue recognition milestones.

· Ability to manage closure of all site defects, punch lists, and open points with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.

· Experience in preparing and aligning site close-out checklists and acceptance documentation with customers.
