  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referring providers seeking appointments and services.
  • Coordinate new patient registration and appointment scheduling across multiple practices and specialties.
  • Accurately collect, enter, and maintain patient demographic, medical, financial, insurance, and referral information in EPIC and other systems.

  • Full time - 40 hours/week - Monday thru Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm 
    Hybrid w/ office hours in Nashua, NH

About the Job:

The Access Center Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for patients and referring providers seeking access to care across Southern New Hampshire Health practices, specialties, and departments. This role is responsible for coordinating patient registration and appointment scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, telephone and technology-based environment. The coordinator ensures accurate documentation, efficient access to care, and a positive experience for patients and referral partners.

What You’ll Do:

Required Qualifications
