What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain & execute territory & account plans to achieve and exceed all sales targets.
  • Deliver on agreed company and individual metrics.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities from prospecting to closure, with a strong focus on customer retention, expansion, & growth.
  • To understand healthcare systems, patient pathways, therapy areas and Laboratory process across assigned territory
  • Build trusted relationships to influence key decision makers in primary care, secondary care & laboratories to develop & improve patient pathways whilst promoting our portfolio of diagnostic tests.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team & communicate effectively across the organisation to support activities that drive success in your territory.
  • Lead tender responses in your territory & manage negotiations, quotations, and contracts in line with company guidelines.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts & ensure timely reporting of activities and opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Actively monitor & share insights on customer, market, and competitor trends, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks & capitalise on opportunities.
  • Proactive contribution in the annual AOP process.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with local key opinion leaders to support growth.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or educational workshops
